Title: 41.Circular – Circular regarding Peddie/Campbell expedition of 1815-16

Introduction: This circular was written in 1815 and was meant to announce the presence and objectives of the expedition of Major John Peddie whose purpose was to trace the course of the Niger River to where it might empty into the Atlantic. This circular was written in both English and Arabic.
