The Harriet Tubman Institute is pleased to announce that Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) – Brazil awarded Alberto da Costa e Silva, distinguished diplomat, historian, poet and long standing associate of the Tubman Institute, the honourary degree, Doutor Honoris Causa.
